Help and support
We answer every message. Here is the quickest way to reach us.
Email us
For anything at all, write to support@lashtech.app. Tell us what happened and what you expected, and we will get back to you.
If you run a studio on LashTech
When you are signed in, you can report a problem from inside the app: the help control is on every screen, and the page you were on rides along so we can see exactly where it happened. That is the fastest way for us to help with something in your account.
Common questions
Booking and clients. Your calendar, client records and lash maps live under your studio once you are signed in. If something is not saving or not showing, email us with the client or appointment and we will look.
Payments. Card payments from your clients go straight to your own account through Square, with no commission on your bookings. Your studio subscription is managed on the web at lashtech.app.
Your account and data. You can export everything we hold or delete your account yourself from Settings, under Your data and account.
Getting paid: connect your payouts
To take card payments from your clients and have the money land in your bank, connect your payout account. It takes a couple of minutes and you only do it once.
- Make sure your studio subscription is active first, on Settings.
- On Settings, under Billing and payments, tap Connect payouts (or Update payouts if you started before).
- You are taken to Square, our payments partner. Sign in to your Square account, or create one, and authorize Lashtech to take payments on your behalf. If you already take payments on Square, your existing account works.
- Accept the Square permissions to finish.
- You come back to Lashtech. Once Square confirms the connection, card payments go straight to your own Square account and bank, with no commission on your bookings.
If the button ever says payments are not quite ready, tap it again in a moment. If it still will not go through, email us at support@lashtech.app and we will sort it with you.
Reporting a marketplace profile
If you see a public profile or photo that should not be there, use the Report this profile link at the foot of that profile, or email us. We review every report.
