Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Lash Tech. By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Lash Tech gives a lash studio the tools to book appointments, keep client and lash records, and take payments. You are responsible for the accuracy of the records you enter and for how you use the product with your clients.

Your account

Keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend an account that abuses the service or puts other studios or clients at risk.

Billing

The plan is $9 per month, billed monthly, and renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time in two clicks from Settings, then Manage billing. Payment processing carries its own fees as disclosed at checkout.

Your data and cancellation

Your clients and their records belong to your studio. You can export your data or delete your account any time from your account data page. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle data.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the product.
